Dharmasagar is a huge reservoir located in Comilla, Bangladesh. It is an ancient tank. It is located in the heart of Comilla town. The total area of Dharmasagar is 23.18 acres. First Lord of the Maharaja of Tripura Dharmamanikya Dharmasagar excavated in 1458. The objective of excavated this tank is region’s water troubles resolved. According to “Rajmala” historical Book, Great King Dharmamanikya was a long 32 years his kingdom (1431-62 AD). The name of this tank’s is named by Great King Dharmamanikye with honer. Dharmasagar has spread to many of the episode and Fable.

Now the north site of Dharmasagar is located “Ranir Kutir” a historical cottage, and Municipal. East side of the Comilla Zilla School, Comilla stadium, and west site located seating area of visitors. In addition to local residents, tourists in this area. Moreover, lots of winter migratory birds came Dharmasagar.
