News Desk: Rabiul Islam, assistant commissioner of Detective Branch of Police, succumbed to his injuries at United Hospital, Deputy Commissioner of DB Nazmul Hasan confirmed to the media at 1:10am Saturday.
He also said at least 20 more police members are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Salahuddin Ahmed, officer-in-charge Banani police station, was killed while undergoing treatment at 12:05am, Assistant Commissioner of Ramna Division Shibly Noman confirmed the media.
