SP Babul Akter terminated
Chittagong police super (SP) Babul Akter has been terminated from his job on Tuesday (September 6).
Bangladesh Police sources informed Banglanews in the afternoon.
The SP was much talked particularly about the possibilities of his involvement in killing his wife.
Earlier on June 5, a group of miscreants riding on motorbike reportedly stabbed and shot dead Babul’s wife Mahmuda Khanam Mitu while she was going to GEC intersection from her residence along with her son to get on a school bus early in the morning.
Later, the SP was picked up by police for quizzing in connection with the brutal murder.
