Travel Comilla


Comilla is one of the biggest and historical district of Bangladesh. Comilla region was once under ancient Samatat and was joined with Tripura State. Lots of old and historical traveling spot are located in Comilla. This Most important traveling area of Comilla are Moynamoti Shalban Bihar, Dharmashagor, Moynamoti Museum, Ranir Dighi, Comilla Victoria College, Comilla University etc.

More Tourism spot in Comilla District: War Cemetery (Cemetery of Soldiers killed during World War II), Kutila Mura, Charandra Mura, Rupban Mura, Itakhola Mura, Satera Ratna Mura, Ranir Banglar Pahar, Ananda Bazar Palaces, palaces of Bhoj King, Chandi Mura, etc. Various archaeological relics including images and metalled utensils discovered from these viharas, muras and palaces are now preserved in the Mainamati Museum. Other archaeological heritage and relics include Saptaratna Mandir (Jagannath Mandir), Shah Suja Mosque, Chandimata Mandir (on the top of Lalmai Hill of Barura), Chandala Shiva Mandir, Saitshala Jami Mosque, Mazars of Panch Pir at Shashidal, Harimangal Math, Ramnagar elongated Math, Saitshala Rammahan Mandir, Hasnabad Math and Hatiabhanga Fort, Gumti River, Zoo of Comilla etc.
